black loft.studio is a hybrid production studio producing commercial imagery and film for brands and agencies. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

Contact details you send us through the project form: name, email address, company name and the content of your brief.

Basic technical data created when you visit the site, such as pages viewed and approximate region, used only to keep the site working and understand general traffic levels.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver work you commission.

To keep records required for accounting, contracts and legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your brief to train public AI models.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate: hosting, email and accounting. They process data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept as long as required by contract and applicable accounting law.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within one month.
