This site presents our studio, our work and our services. By using it you agree to these terms. Nothing here is a binding offer; every project is agreed in a separate written proposal or contract.

All imagery, film, text and design on this site belong to black loft.studio or to the clients and artists we work with. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it without written permission.

Work produced for a client is licensed to that client in the scope set out in the project agreement. Rights not explicitly granted remain with us.

Scope, schedule, fees, revision rounds and usage rights are defined per project. Changes to an agreed scope may affect the timeline and the fee.

Where a project involves AI-assisted production, we confirm the method and the resulting rights and disclosures with you in writing before delivery.

The site is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Liability for commissioned work is governed by the relevant project agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, and disputes fall to the competent courts of Latvia unless a project agreement states otherwise.
